Hi, I’m Sophie, a dedicated and compassionate counsellor
Passionate about supporting you
I am a qualified person-centred counsellor with a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and a recent completion of Level 5 Advanced Specialist training in Counselling Children and Young People. I offer a safe and nurturing environment where you can freely explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. My goal is to support you on your journey towards understanding and healing.
My therapeutic approach is both person-centred and integrative, meaning I draw from a variety of techniques tailored specifically to your unique circumstances. I can incorporate creative elements, including art therapy, into our sessions, as I find that these expressive practices can enhance the therapeutic process. I firmly believe that together, we can empower you to discover your own solutions and develop coping strategies that resonate with your individual strengths.
My extensive training has equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to support individuals facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioural issues, and relationship difficulties. I am committed to adapting my methods to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring a personalised therapeutic experience.
I understand that taking the first step toward seeking help can feel overwhelming, but I am here to support you every step of the way. Together, we can work towards achieving clarity, healing, and a renewed sense of purpose in your life.
If you are ready to take that important step, I invite you to reach out. I offer a free, no-obligation 20-minute consultation to discuss how I can help you and answer any questions you may have. I look forward to being a part of your journey toward a healthier, happier you!
